Those attending can enter the gated area on Fifth & Washington streets at the intersections with Adams, Fourth or Sixth Streets.  Parking will be available in the following approved locations:

· Second & Washington Streets – 136 spaces

· 4^th & Washington – 426 spaces

· Old State Capitol Underground Garage – 430 spaces
